There is a seafood restaurant operating at this premise and only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Bookings can only be made in advance and catering dinner for 80 peoples per night. There is only one choice of set menu on the table, charging as per pax inclusive of return ferrying services. Nice ambience, clean and well constructed restaurant with an outdoor recreation place. Even have a higher floor for viewing around and photography! Good selections of seafood porridge, seafoods, fried chicken wings and special chicken satay were served. The seafoods were fresh, taste good and specially like the deep fried chicken wings which were very well seasoned. Fried just nice and not too dry. HLY Ocean Aquaculture 鱼耀隆门海鲜舫 is a hidden gem for seafood lovers! The seafood is incredibly fresh—straight from their aquaculture tanks to the table. You can truly taste the difference in quality and care.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations based on what’s in season. We tried the signature dishes like the steamed grouper and butter prawns—both were phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was beautiful.

The setting was also impressive, with a clean and spacious dining area that’s perfect for families, gatherings, or even business meals. You can feel the passion they have for both aquaculture and hospitality.

This was a pleasant and wonderful experience in itself. We were to travel to the restaurant via motor boat - it was swift and quick (no motion sickness alright!), took about 3-5 min to arrive from the place we parked our cars.

Restaurant's on a wooden block of floor which moved with the ocean. Do expect some "floating" but nothing to worry about.

Food was good. They serve super fresh crabs & I alone had 2 of it. Crabs were not free flow like the rest of their dishes though. (Well, it's justified!) Fried fish was really crispy + fresh and yummy as well. Satay was a bit tough to chew. Steam lala was really good. Felt super full and satisfied after our meal here at HLY. A must try if you're a seafood lover...
