Lotus's Parit Raja — Local services in Johor

This place somehow is awesome. There are lot of peoples enjoying shopping here. I never seen a small place like Lotus Pt Raja with huge crowd all over the places. But my concern still the spaces inside which is somehow i feel it was smaller than Ecotropics, but filled with tonsl of products everywhere & the shopping lane become narrower. I am also quite suprise about the Scan & Shop counter which is without any single customer & they were rather line up at the normal counter in the long line up for more than 30 minutes. I saw one of the staff at the entrance wearing a vest which promoting scan & shop but in the end, those peoples enjoying line up in the long line for checkout. Thats really amazing! I am somehow feel that i was coming from the future out of no where & i am the one & only person at that particular day was using the scan & shop for my purchases. I saw those people face who were line up at the long line looking at me like WHAT?!! I hope the situation would be better when i come...

This place is quite cool 🤔 and as far as my eyes goes, they have almost everything in here, basic things for a house, for households. They also have Mr. DIY in here, also have restaurant inside of this building. You can say it as a mini-mall, a place where you can go, a mall to all local residents. This place also been built near the McDonald, so, kinda awesome. If the people, or even visitors wanna have something to eat, or have a sudden hunger, famished or anything, they can go either to the restaurant inside the LOTUS or to McD or to any other restaurants near it.

But, they should add more workers inside the LOTUS, every worker in each needed or large station/place, so they can guide and make it easy for the customer to seek for their needs, ask whenever they find it difficult to seek for what they want. That surely will make the mini mall much better. Any other things...

Very convenient for family to Shopping here, especially on weekends because there are always enough parking for all people and shopper can come with the whole families to enjoy the weekends here with all kinds of food and groceries and also place for kids to play around. There are also dressing and baby tools available here. You must also compare the price here, it's cheaper than some shops in the kampung as they are actually wholesale prices. Remember to purchase only the needs for the whole weeks because over buying is actually a waste to the budget for the family.
