Having purchased plots for my parents many years ago, I was dismayed to find the memorial in a state of disrepair and neglect during my visit. Despite assurances and promises made at the time of purchase, the reality on the ground was starkly different. The premises were overrun with weeds, the facilities were dirty, and the overall maintenance was severely lacking.

Specifically, the glass crystal building housing the ancestors' tablets was in appalling condition. The floors were covered in dead leaves, the staircase leading down the building was filthy, and there were no piped prayers in the building. The altar table was dusty and poorly managed, further adding to the dismal experience for families visiting their loved ones, especially during significant occasions like Chinese New Year.

As a concerned patron, I implore you to take immediate action to address these maintenance issues and uphold the dignity of Semenyih Hill's Memorial. Families deserve a respectful and well-maintained space to honor their departed loved ones, and it is disheartening to see the current...

My mother passed away on Monday, 11 December night. The wake and cremation was handled by Semenyih Memorial. The wake was at their Jing An Memorial Village venue. Service was 1st class by Carson and his team through the whole process. They were very responsive, efficient, patient, understanding and considerate. Everything went on smoothly and well planned by them. The landscaping at Semenyih Memorial is beautiful, peaceful and serene. Carson even took back home the flowers to make sure it is in a good condition for the ash placement at the garden. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Carson and team at Semenyih Memorial Hills. Very bad for the surrounding community. Even though there is ching bing festival every year, they still couldn’t figure how to manage the incoming and outgoing traffic, from outside the junction of the memorial park, all the way to all directions Hulu Langat, Tekali, Semenyih etc. All the businesses around the memorial park are not improved by visitors but instead are negatively impacted by traffic.
