A friend recommended me to visit Wood Story. I was surprised by how friendly and good the customer service is. As I arrived at the showroom, it started to pour. Morgen from the sales team noticed me pulling into the driveway and came to welcome me with umbrella. I was thankful for that, otherwise I’d be drenched. I needed to get a dining table, and I have a specific size/ dimension… and to be honest, I’m quite an indecisive customer and I have very specific requirements. Morven was very patience and he showed me around the showroom and also gave me the space and time to look around and think. He answered all of my questions. I was also able to take photos of the wood slabs I have my eyes on, as I need to share it with my ID to make my purchase decision. There was no issues from them about taking photos. Bought a dining table and a study table and delivery was done just yesterday. While it may not be the cheapest in town, if you are looking for solid wood tables, do consider this as one of the options.

The sales advisor, Seven, has been superb and assisted me from wood slab selection and giving me regular updates about the progress of my tables. Look for her when you visit and you won't go wrong. 5 stars service.

The delivery person, Hadi also did a great job and was very meticulous in the setting up and instalation of my dining table.
