Kolam Air Panas Kerling Review
Date: 31/1/2025 (Friday)
First and foremost, I’d like to give a quick warning—be careful of the rocks, as they can be quite sharp and may hurt you. I strongly recommend wearing protective gear, especially for your feet and hands, to avoid injuries.
Kolam Air Panas Kerling offers two main attractions: the river and the hot spring pool.
The River: I found the river much colder compared to other rivers I’ve visited. It has many rocks, some of which are sharp, so caution is necessary, and the water flow is strong. The water can be quite deep in some areas, but there are also shallower spots where children can safely play. Since the riverbank has sand, kids can build sandcastles and enjoy playing with their toys.
The 'Hot Spring Pool': To be honest, the water isn’t hot at all—it’s just warm. So, calling it a warm pool would be more accurate. The pool itself is not very big or deep, making it suitable even for children to enjoy. But the pool is kinda dirty like there dust inside.
One of the highlights of this place is that you can bring camping equipment and set up camp, which adds to the outdoor adventure Event though it isn't that good.
Cost & Facilities
Parking Fee: RM5
Toilet Usage: RM0.50

One of the downside is the road leading to the hot spring—it’s quite bumpy and has several potholes, so be prepared for a rough drive.
Final Verdict
Overall, Kolam Air Panas Kerling is a nice place for nature lovers and families looking for a relaxing outdoor experience.
