Palm Prosper Resort — Local services in Selangor

this place was opened for lodging in booking.com. My family booked for a night. However, upon arrival my heart sank seeing the lobby was dark and the entrance has this weird plastic chain all over the place - which gives me an unwelcome vibe. There wasnt anyone at the lobby to meet us until we drove to the back of the hotel. The so called receptionist was a foreigner who cant even speak english nor malay. more to add to the bad vibes, there is not a single security guard in the area. we were the only one in the premise, but the "manager" we talked to on the phone "Mr T" said its fully booked. in the end we decided to cancel our stay since we did not feel safe staying there. Unfortunately till now the refund is still pending from the hotel even after booking.com support contacted them. please stay...
