Arrived at 9AM Saturday, not yet crowded. Paid entrance fee of RM 8 per adult (foreign) and RM 5 parking fee. Toilet is decent for 50sen.
Route to first 3 levels has concrete pathway/stairs. Prefer wearing sandals with good grip for some areas can be slippery. Easy to moderate trek going to 4-6th levels. Appreciate the towering trees and its knobby roots covering the trails.
There's no guide and no signage. We unfortunately took the wrong way going to the 7th level and just decided to go back. Took us 1.5hours going up, considering we have a toddler and multiple photo stops, then another 1 hour descend and 30 mins swimming.
Higher level means colder and clearer water. You can see some fishes swimming at 4/5th level. Lower level means more people, monkeys and rubbish. I hope all visitors will be responsible with the trash and dont feed monkeys.
Nice people along the way would greet you, offer a hand across the trail, offer to take pics. Although there's one group that plays sounds on speaker. Nature's serenity is already music at least to my ears. 😊 it's not everyday that we can hear the barbles of cascading waterfalls while soaking under its bliss-pool.
Changing rooms available in the 2nd level, then shower, toilet near base/welcome arch. There are stores near the parking where we had lunch. Price is not displayed but we paid ~RM 50 for 3 full meals.
Overall it was a nice experience, definitely worth a...
Read moreGreat experience, the monkeys can be quite threatening as they will steal people’s food, beware of your belongings as we were on the waterfall inside the water and when we’ve noticed they were approaching our stuff to steal them bags hoping to find food, we had witnessed three groups of people being steeled by them, they will attack if you try to fight them or approach, unfortunately there are garbage everywhere due to the monkeys they will enter the bins all over the waterfalls and get the garbage from it and drop it everywhere around the site, if you’re coming and have garbage just take it with you outside the area. It looks all very dirty due to this issue. The waterfalls are quite full of people if you’re not Muslim and carry a bikini or swimsuit you’ll feel quite uncomfortable as everyone specially the men’s will be looking at you all the time so if you have emotional issues just carry a full bodysuit but if you’re comfortable with yourself just act like you don’t care and they end up stop looking!! It is very recommended this day experience as there’s plenty of nature and you can really enjoy the environment. The restaurants outside are average we had fried rice with omelette but ended up ordering a grab as well and had the food there without any issues. If you’re using the restrooms keep in mind carrying paper around with you and...
