My wife and I went to the show unit and was very excited with the prospect of buying of our first home here in Shorea Park.

The show unit was nice and Mr Jason, our salesperson was the reason we decided to book the unit as the future he paints about the house being for us to live in and as an investment was very sound. He was also very helpful and informative and goes the extra mile and beyond in helping with the loan application process and financial evaluation. He is the guy to see if you want to buy a property but hate all the hassles that comes with it.

Overall the property seems good and we got a very good deal, but in the end our financial situation just wouldn't allow us to soundly take up the opportunity just yet. All things said, I would definitely recommend people to consider this development for both own-stay and investment...

Since my neighbour had already logged a faulty report in the Brick app and was told that such matters are NOT under Mira @ Shorea Park, I honestly can’t think of a better channel than writing here directly.

From the attached photo, you can clearly see that the lighting in the middle archway is not functioning. I trust this is a straightforward matter that should have been addressed promptly without us having to play “detective” just to find the right reporting channel.

Of course, if constructive feedback from residents continues to be treated like a nuisance rather than an opportunity for improvement, I suppose the easier route is simply to keep collecting money—ethics and accountability aside. After all, who needs goodwill when revenue flows in anyway, right?

A disappointment after getting the keys to ANYA. Mgmt team is not well experienced to cope with our queries, come in late despite office hours stated as 9-5pm. Take long lunches while we queue outside the mgmt office. Differing replies to same questions. Untrained guards. Many security issues - fire doors leading to residential units can be accessed by all. Stairs also can be accessed by all without key card access. Workers leave the carpark basement door open for everyone to enter. A disaster waiting to happen. Water pooling onto the jogging path at the “shower area” near pool due to bad drainage, causing the walking/jogging path to be slippery and dangerous for senior citizens and kids. Much improvement needed. Quality of work is atrocious as the unit is full of defects. Please improve...
