Bliss Gardens — Local services in Shah Alam

Had very bad experience with Bliss Garden Funeral Management team. The table cloth and chairs provided were very dirty and had stains on it. The decoration and lighting of the wake hall was bad and dim. We asked for fresh flowers as decoration and they promised but brought fake soap flowers instead. We asked for a few changes when they were setting up everything because we were not satisfied with what they told us as expectation and the reality was different. The staffs showed faces and said something really bad to another staff in front of us customers, saying that we were very troublesome and asked the other employee to quickly make amendment for us ‘Ma fan people’. After done setting the tents, tables and wake hall etc, the staffs got into the car and stepped so hard on the accelerator, which made a very loud noise at the middle of the night 12am, which was so not respectful towards the dead and the neighbourhood. The team promised there would be unlimited peanuts and mineral watersfor the guests but ended up finished on the first night and we family members have to rush out to convenient stores nearby to buy peanuts and bottled mineral waters for the guests. In conclusion, we paid the amount for our beloved family member to have peaceful last journey but got this bad services from the Bliss Garden Funeral Management Team. We are very dissatisfied with the attitude of the staffs. You sell services but you don’t really carrying out your responsibilities but show faces and talk rude to us who bought your services. Will definitely not recommend any friends or relative to take service from bliss...

The place is new and quite. New memorial park with funeral parkour and crematorium. The crematorium is just a minute drive away and it’s quite clean. The parlour, can be quite noisy because internal area is just separated by a piece of curtain. It can be very noisy when all rituals are conducted at the same timing and also very Smokey. Not ideal for faith that requires peace and quiet environment. At night, small road leading to the memorial/parlour...

Nice and clean place. Very organised and well kept. Ample parking space. Toilet very clean.

Unfortunately you have to be extra careful when you enter from the main road turning into bliss graden at night. There is one uneven road which is untarred. At night you can't see this road and you might accidentally take it. It is very bumpy and has lots of nails. Please be extra careful. Not sure why they can't just closed the entrance to...
