Paradise on earth. I wish everyone to experience such a vacation. Beautiful, amazing place.

As for the rooms, very clean, cleaned twice a day. Two bottles of water available in the room, also refilled twice a day. To our surprise, despite the practically full occupancy of the hotel, the number of people was only visible in the main restaurant. During the day, very few people were really visible on the beach.

Where you do not turn - views like from the catalog. Awesome Island! And even more beautiful people!

Delicious food, delicious fruits. At lunch and dinner we especially recommend the oriental food stall - we chose it most of the time. Delicious things every day. Despite my intestinal problems, I never felt bad after any meal there, during our 2 weeks vacation, I didn't feel bad even once (and in Poland it happens very often) - I chose this stall in particular. The best Indian cuisine only from chef Tilu! And here a huge thank you to him! Especially for the so far unknown to us green peppers 😉 PS. He cooks the best noodles!!! Also would like to mention Kusum and Brighton who were so open and kind to us.

The most delicious drinks and cocktails made of fresh fruit you can get in the golf bar. Eva, Selestin, Shaukath - ask about their specialties. We have never had better cocktails and juices. In addition, each one of them is very sweet and open and you can see that they put their heart into it. Don't try to leave Maldives without experiencing it! Be sure to try the coconut from Mr Kollangi!

Water sports guys - thank you for everything we were able to experience with you. You know how awesome it was for us 😉 Especially thank you to Inash and Kandi who we spend the most time with! they showed us “pretty normal” things for them which for us were jaw-dropping! Other guys and don’t forget about one woman! were also so so friendly. They do their job with passion and really do their best every day.

The best souvenirs of course at Azmee and Fathima in their store with handmade souvenirs. This is where you will purchase one of a kind souvenirs. And again - meet beautiful people!

It was truly 2 weeks in paradise. Those people work hard every day but still are so kindhearted. It was wonderful to meet you all. For the first time our whole family cried when we left. We miss you so much. Hope to see you soon! All the best...

Visited this place with my husband in the month of June. As we arrived at the island, the night view was just too good to be true. Welcome drink was tasty! The food here is really good and I must say if you’re not consciously eating you will surely put on a few pounds 😉 The beach bungalows are very close to the beach and chilling out at the beach in the evenings is one of the best feelings. Water bungalows are even more beautiful 😍 Though slightly more expensive than the beach bungalows, one must definitely get an experience of staying in the Water bungalows because that feel is just surreal. Renting bicycle for a day is a good idea. Day times were more on the hotter side and it wasn’t very convenient to roam around. Evenings and night times provide the best experiences. If you are on your honeymoon and expecting privacy, then this place is good. The staff at the restaurant are very cordial and nice. Only complaint about this place is the rude staff at the reception. We spoke to about 5 of them and 3 were utterly rude. They don’t give you the required information even if you ask them multiple times. We were supposed to get the honeymoon offers as it was part of the package that we booked. But nothing special was arranged. After 2 days we actually went and asked them to which they did not respond correctly. It’s slightly weird to repeatedly ask them about it and even when we did ask about 3-4 times, we finally ended up getting a plate with exactly 3-4 fruits 😂 and we paid extra for the “honeymoon special” package! The 3 stars is for the beauty and maintenance of the place as well as for the food. We spent two wonderful weeks in the beautiful Sun Island Resort and Spa. The island is a true paradise and offers a lot of activities – from relaxing on the beach to playing golf and billiard everything is possible. Due to Covid a few activities were cancelled, and some restaurants were closed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our holidays in Sun Island Resort and Spa to the fullest. What made our stay especially enjoyable for us, was the kind staff. They are very friendly and helpful all the time. We would like to mention two employees who will fondly stay in our memories:

First Shaukath, the bartender of the golf bar. The drinks he made for us were incredibly delicious, the best on the whole island. Not only was he a great bartender, with his kindness he became a friend of ours in no time. We recommend everyone to step by at the golf bar at least once to enjoy a tasty drink in good company. If you’re lucky, Shaukath will mix you one of his various special drinks, which are not on the menu.

The second person to mention is Midhun. He was our waiter for the two weeks of our stay. Midhun was always very polite, and we felt welcome all the time. He anticipated our wishes from the beginning and did an incredible job. As one of us must follow a glutenfree diet, Midhun had always gluten free pasta ready for us. His friendliness was outstanding.
