Overall, I’d give this a below average dining experience. There were some very good positives, but a few negatives really brought down the rating. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and there was potential for a good view however, there were some flowers/bushes that were really covering up the view of the water and the buildings. The entrées were good because they came with a soup, bruschetta, potatoes, of course the steak, and what they call a salad bar, but there was not a lot of salad mostly just vegetables. The steak quality was average however the cooking was very confusing. I asked for a medium rare steak that initially came out well done so I asked for a different one and then the second one half of it was extremely rare and the other half was well done still. Visited twice during my stay in Malta. A restaurant with a fantastic location on the marina. The menu is simple but does have a few non steak options available. The food itself is fantastic. I am a bit of a steak snob and rarely enjoy having a steak at restaurant because it is rarely done the right way but we walked by buffalo bills and after reading the reviews thought id give it a try. I'm so glad I did. The beef is fantastic quality and is cooked to perfection and well seared. The steaks are seasoned beautifully. The restaurant also offers excellent value with bruschetta, garlic bread, soup and a salad bar included in the price of the meal. You also have a choice of a potato side of mash, baked potato or fries with your meal. The service is fantastic and I felt welcomed both times by all of the staff. Reminds me of the steak houses I tried in the U.S.A when I visited. Would highly recommend...

Beautiful setting on Marina, however our steaks went back as neither were cooked medium rare, one had to go back twice & then to be told we had upset the chef resulted in one of us eating whilst the other waited for their correctly cooked steak whilst the side dishes went cold. To be fair the sides were replaced when we asked, but the attitude left much to be desired, & don’t be fooled that they mean what they say on the menu to let them know if something isn’t right - they don’t & they argue forcefully & loudly making it embarrassing. Once they got it right the steak was beautiful, but by then they’d taken any joy from the experience and each of us ate on our own with the other watching.
