We bought all our appliances from Top Choice. The customer service quality isn't the best but the store however is a good size and well equipped with a variety of products.
The delivery drivers are completely careless and have scratched our tiles multiple times. The manager has no balls to directly deal with the problems themself, either always in a "meeting" or on "break".
We had to get 3 different fridge replacements: the first built in fridge was too tilted back so you can't install the doors of the fridge to the doors of the kitchen. The 2nd fridge they were too cheap to pay a lifter, so they had to bring it up 3 flights of stairs, in the process dirtying the common parts which we had to clean ourselves and the 3rd fridge had a dent and scratch on the door as well as doesn't even stand straight and in worse condition than the first fridge. No solutions as of yet.
I told them I wanted a full refund and only then did they FINALLY come to fix the issue. All they did was use washers to level out the fridge and freezer where there should have been adjustable leveling legs. They went as far as to even try and partially put blame on my carpenters stating that the cupboard wasn't 100% straight (Not true. We used a spirit leveler ourselves and the cupboards were as straight as they can be. No cupboard will be 100% perfect even on a spirit leveler. Only thing was that the bubble on the spirit leveler was touching the line a little to the left or right side from the middle lines).
Even their technicians aren't qualified. All they know how to do is plug the appliances in to turn it on and call it a day. Not solve problems or know what causes the problems if there are any.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a faulty iron I recently purchased from your store, as well as the extremely poor customer service I received during my visit to your Saint Pools Bay location.
Shortly after purchasing the iron, I discovered that it was defective. When I attempted to use it, the iron not only failed to function properly, but also caused damage to my clothes and ironing board. I was understandably upset and returned to the store to seek an explanation and resolution.
To my surprise, instead of offering an immediate replacement or solution, I was told that I needed to send the brand new iron in for repairs. This is unacceptable, as the product was faulty from the moment of purchase, and should have been replaced immediately without such an inconvenience to me.
Additionally, I would like to submit a separate complaint regarding the behavior of two sales consultants on the 4th floor—Theresa and Josephine. Both of these women displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. They were rude, unhelpful, and treated me as if I were an unwelcome guest in their home rather than a paying customer. Their inability to handle customer concerns or provide proper service is inexcusable and reflects poorly on your store.
The combination of defective products and unprofessional staff has left me with a terrible impression of your Saint Pools Bay location. I have never experienced such poor service in my life and will not be returning to your store again.

First - I paid for several appliances that were supposed to be reserved for later delivery. In the meantime they sold one of my already paid items. And it was the last one! After the delivery of my items I contacted the store about the fact that the built-in Whirlpool refrigerator is very loud and works as if it were more than 30 years old, their representative came and said that this is normal and there is nothing they can do about it. Then I contacted them about the Ariston water heater, that it also works very loudly when heating water and the hot water from the tap always comes with large air bubbles and their representative said that this is normal for Ariston heaters and refused to even come and take a look and told to book a plumber. Be careful before buying anything from that store, because just because the goods have a warranty does not mean that you will receive it.
