We bought their electric oil heater. The first time we used it, it almost burned our apartment in the evening as we were awoken by the smoke and smell of the burning adapter. The electrician placed an adapter lesser than what the heater can accommodate. We returned the heater and instead of replacing it, they only changed the burned adapter and "tested" it for 2 days and gave it back to us. Bought a Ufesa vacuum cleaner from Zabbar store about 18 months ago and the filter housing had broken, they said its not covered with the guarantee and I wanted to check the price to order one.
