I used to go there some time back. The water in the swimming pool was quite cold, and there were no lockers. The tiles were also quite slippery, and I did once fall. The floor was dirty, and occasionally, there was no water in the toilets and showers.

On the bright side, some of the teachers knew how to explain to us how to swim. If you sign up with the correct teachers, you will know and understand how to swim, which will make it easier for you.

I do think that for members who have been members for one year deserve to be given a certificate, or something, to show that those people know how to swim. It would be beneficial for all of us, but that is only my opinion.
