Emirates Airlines Swimming Pool — Local services in Vacoas-Phoenix

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the swimming class organiser, Mrs. Nadia. After making my payment, I requested information about available time slots, but Mrs. Nadia bluntly refused to assist me. I have also been asking her several times on the WhatsApp group, but Mrs. Nadia has not responded at all.

To make matters worse, she even bluntly suggested me to cancel my subscription instead of helping me find a solution. As a result, I’m now stuck without a time slot to attend and no support whatsoever.

I found Mrs. Nadia to be unprofessional, unhelpful, and quite rude in our communication. Her handling of this situation has been completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend her services to anyone. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and be treated with...

You are limited to 1 hour per session, and 3 session per week, so basically 3 hours per week. On top of that, one session is defined as either using Gym or Pool facilities which means doing half-time gym and half-time swim is not allowed. Granted the facilities are well maintained, however the training conditions are not great at all...

A wonderful swimming teacher! We had such a great experience with Nadia at Emirates Swimming Pool. She was amazing with my 6-year-old son, Aveer — patient, encouraging, and full of positive energy. In just a few classes, Aveer made noticeable progress in both confidence and technique. Nadia has a fantastic way of connecting with kids, making the lessons fun yet focused. We’re really grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and skilled swimming instructor!
