The airport is ok, and toilets are clean. Me and some passagers of a Viva aerobus flight were denied to enter the plane due to a case of overbooking that they excused with the fact that there was a switch of planes, and there wasn't seats for everyone. Everyone seen their plans ruined, couples were separated, people with connection flights lost and terrible losses of money and time with this. They only gave us 3 options: get on the next flight(that would be on the day after) ; get 2 flights that would take a lot of hours to reach the destination; get the money back and a 25%discount voucher for a next flight... At the terminal i've opted to buy a new flight on Volaris, for the same day, some hours later. The price was ok, but i couldn't check-in online using the airport wifi because it's somehow hacked to not allow you to make it yourself, forcing you to pay at the counter. Luckily, someone let me use their mobile data and i was able to open the airlines site and the app, avoiding more money losses. A terrible experience in this airport where i was forced to spend a...

Read moreI have flown through this airport for over 20 years now and even though they have improved they still are lacking... They have improved in security and getting people through more efficiently, but much needs to be done. My recommendations: Free cart use inside the airport! I pay to use this airport in hidden costs of my ticket. Free internet inside the airport! Again... I pay to use this airport in hidden fees and taxes in my ticket price. The least you can do is provide this service for the confused traveler. Consistent and timely gates listed on the Board. An example is any flight to Tuxtla. They list the Salida minutes before the flight is to board. I have many friends who travel down and they HATE this. Information staff needs to NOT act so grumpy. Their job is to help people in NEED. If you want people to return to Mexico, quit acting so pompous. Be nice and kind. You should be the welcoming...
