Seller from hell - the most horrible experience i had with a "famous company". Few weeks ago i placed an order on my company details and paid it. After few days i receive an email from Rio Grande asking me to provide them my VAT ID. I replied to their email in 20 min. One week later, i receive another email in which they wrote me "Unfortunately we did not receive a response for our email and the order was cancelled 3 days after." This was 4 days AFTER they cancelled my order. But the thing that enrages me is their rudeness and the fact they did not refund my money. They didn't even bother to check! I sent emails, i did not receive an answer, wrote them on Facebook, even online chat with a very rude person which told me the biggest lie i ever read "we did not charge you" and talk to my bank. Clearley they did, my money were withdrawn from my account and they refuse to refund them. I guess these entitled, rude people got richer...
   Read moreThe Rio stays the same, there is a nice little park under the bridge, but we could not find a way to access it. The only thing I believe on can do is cross the bridge. One of them is having a make over so it it is closed. One thing to avoid is crossing in the morning, the reason is because there are so many people trying to go to work and it will take you about 2 to 3 hours to cross. The best times are around 9 and 2 to cross. Also, very late at night is a good time too, but I avoid it due to Mexico not...
