What a great experience! Kevin was a fantastic guide, leading us through the distillery and explaining each step of the process along the way. Distilling tequila it turns out, is a complicated process. Going from agave plants to the liquid is a bit of an adventure!

Afterwards, enjoy a tasting in a gorgeous garden. Kevin explained the different tequilas well, and taught the correct way to taste them (similar to wine tasting) in order to assess the quality and to fully appreciate the tequila.

Tienes que reservar con anticipación y sus opciones de tours son básicos y a muy buen precio por lo que recibes a cambio.

Yo les recomiendo tomar el tour que incluye la degustación de 6 tequilas. Probamos el blanco, reposado, añejo, tahona, plata y extra añejo.

Son una destilería que se toma en serio y con mucha pasión su trabajo. Sus guías son buenos, las instalaciones son pequeñas pero puedes conocer y apreciar una forma muy tradicional de producir tequila.
