My wife planned this experience, so I went into this blind. I did some quick YouTube videos to actually see what cenotes were. I was a little concerned with what I was seeing with crowds and large groups. We embarked on our transportation to the Five Cenotes, the first stop we picked up Fabio the tour guide. Fabio quickly makes you feel welcome with his charm and charisma. He is very customer focused to provide the best experience possible. After the next stop we had the whole group heading to the Cenotes. I was still not sure what were going to experience. Once we arrived at the Cenotes I could tell we weren't going to a tourist attraction, the Cenotes was down private road to amazing area, the welcome center. We were basically the only group there. We changed and headed to the Cenotes. We passed a group coming back on our way to the first Cenotes, the Cenotes of the jaguar. We walked down into another world where Fabio spoke of the history behind the jaguar and the history behind the Cenotes. Fabio was incredible from the first Cenotes to the last. I could go on and on, but the one theme here was this was a great experience where we learned a ton about Cenotes and Mexico. You will have to experience this trip to fill in what I am leaving out. This was one of the greatest experiences me and my wife ever had. The final experience that Fabio provides the group with, is a meal at one of the best restaurants in the area. The highlight of our trip to Mexico! My mom and I spent 5 days in Cozumel and booked this tour with Fabio. He made it very easy to coordinate meeting place and time, and was all around a great host. As soon as he picked us up in Playa del Carmen, we felt we were in good hands. Transportation to the site was seamless, and we were set up with a place to store our belongings and provided with clean life vests and masks/snorkels. The tour itself was absolutely stunning - it feels like an exclusive experience because there are so few people around, and Fabio took extra care to ensure we were the only group exploring each cenote (there are a few within walking distance on the tour). He was informative and also shared in appreciating each cenote - he enjoys taking you on the tour just as much as you do! The cenotes are simply stunning, and we were given plenty of time to enjoy each one. At the end of the tour, there is a spot to rinse off and change. After that, we went to eat at a place of Fabio’s choosing, and the food was delicious! This was all around a great experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone....

It was a very last minute plan to go for this tour. We got Fabios contact from our airbnb to ask about the chichen itza tour. We ended up going over his website and fell in love with the jungle cenotes tour just looking at it and booked it the same instant. Fabio was very prompt in responding to the messages which was very professional. Our cenotes guide lev was very sweet, friendly and made our tour feel like a friends hangout. He is also a michael jackson impersonator and he is damn good 😊 he also took us to this great local restaurant and just hung out after the tour. The private jungle cenotes were out of the world, the water was just amazing, we have never seen something like that before. What made it the best experience was how private it was and the silence. Otherwise all other cenotes are mostly crowded. Definitely recommend these tours, dont even think about any other options. Cant wait to go back and dive in these cenotes next.
