HIDDEN GEM!!! We found these guys a few days ago when on a Carnival Cruise. They met us right at the docks, took us for ziplining, ATVs, and a tequila tour (not a presentation like in other places - you visit the actual agave farm. It was originally an agave farm/tequila distillery that they converted part of the land into an adventure center). And here's the crazy part - we were the only ones, so it was a private tour for our little family of 4. Many people are sketched out about driving inland in parts of Mexico (I totally get it), but these guys were well vetted. They used to have a contract with Norwegian cruises, and you'll find this if you search their names on Google, but are now independent (support local!). The tour staff were just really really good people. Very relaxed, always smiling and joking around while still super professional at their jobs. This is a FULL days worth of activity so the value for the money is ridiculous. So much so, you'll feel that you want to tip the staff extra well for going so far above expectations. And if you're into ziplining, this is legit!!! We've done quite a few ziplines (mostly in Colorado) and this was by far the best one. You're zipping next to and above these giant cacti, well above the ground. The ATV rides were a blast for the teenagers. Bring sunglasses! (It does get dusty!). We finished the ATV portion and we're totally caked with dust so wear clothing you can get dirty. Overall, this was the BEST part of our 9 day cruise. I wish these guys nothing but the best and hope that more people can find them now that they aren't under a cruise contract. I'm writing this because I truly hope they can continue creating incredible memories for people. Thank you guys! Hasta la proxima!

Book this excursion through Norwegian cruise line. Took a bus from port for about 45 minutes to the aguava ranch. The restrooms have no running water at base camp location. Got geared up and took a van to the top of the zip line. And my daughter was too scared to go. So they took us back to base camp where we sat for 2.5 hours. The teenage daughter was distraught because her phone was locked away in a cabinet and the person with the key (in a zippered pocket) was zip lining. They provided casadillas and apples and bottled water afterwards. A quick 5 minute stop at the tequila bar and silver merchant then back to port.

Tirolesas.
