If you go with a Camper, DON’T, it’s a scam! We were in a hurry and out of camping options so we didn’t check the reviews and just called. Once we ran into the first narrow dirt roads, we called again and the guy reassured us that we can continue and the road gets better. We had to move people’s cars from the dirt alley to be able to pass, we had to make 90* turns on dirt roads where only one car would fit, because there was no way to turn around. Hard to find a camping place around Chișinău, so Tortuga Camping being on a very beautiful lake is very tempting, but it has very bad access - narrow and dirt roads with pot holes, very hard to reach with an attached camper van, even if the contact person tells you other wise.
