We had a great experience! The driver was very professional, well-educated, and spoke both English and Russian fluently, which made communication super easy for both me and my girlfriend, who is Russian. He was also very polite and helpful throughout the entire ride. My girlfriend just mentioned that she was thirsty, and the driver just pulled over on a gas station and brought water for both of us. And he didn’t charge for it.

The vehicle was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth and safe. Everything was on time and very well organized. It really felt like a premium service at a fair price.

It was the worst ride ever I have experienced in my life. I booked a taxi though Booking. The driver was so reckless. He talked on the phone almost the whole time. He also texted when he wasn't talking on the phone. He drove too fast. Also, most importantly, before the ride, he called me and told me that there would be a protest inside the airport, so we should leave 1-2 hours early. I said leaving half an hour early would be enough. When we arrived at the airport, there wasn't any protest whatsoever. I asked around if there was a protest and they said no. The first transfer from the airport to our hotel was perfect. The next two transfers the driver couldn't find the pick-up hotel requiring us to call many times. and/or also couldn't find the drop-off hotel requiring us to walk the final stretch with our cases. For one transfer we called in advance to explain where the hotel parking was and was told "Our drivers know where they're going". Well they don't as the guy went to the wrong hotel.
