You need to buy ticket for Durmitor national park but I would recommend buying yearly ticket for all parks as it is not expensive. Peak can be reached from at least 3 side but I recommend one from main road as other 2 are much harder to climb. Whole trail is marked well and is not too hard with exception of small part which can be problematic for those afraid of height. We met a lot of people as this is very popular site to visit. View from the peak is amazing but you can go little further to see beautiful lake below with amazing colors. Due to height there is not lot of forest but you will go through dense meadows and unfortunately we did not find any blueberries...

Hiked on 30 September with beautiful weather and views. You can start the hike 3km further on from Dobri do. The ascent is much more direct and only takes 1.5 hours. Then come down to Dobri do. Amazing views. Better than Tasmania. I've hiked a lot in my life but this was one of the most beautiful. Wasn't busy for us but I can imagine it gets crowded.
