I rented a Kia Picanto for 5 days, and my experience was a rollercoaster of trust and disappointment. It started off wonderfully—the owner was friendly, patient, and even helped with my suitcase. He kindly explained everything, and his early arrival after warning me of a potential delay made me feel like I was in good hands. I genuinely trusted him.
However, the car had issues from the start. It wouldn’t start reliably, sometimes taking 10 minutes to get going after being turned off. When I called the owner, he blamed me—saying I must have left the lights on (which I didn’t) or that I wasn’t pressing the brake hard enough. What made it worse was that sometimes the car started without me touching the brake at all, contradicting his explanation. As someone with six years of driving experience, it felt like he assumed I was just a clueless woman who didn’t know how to handle a car. I was frustrated but didn’t push further, hoping the issue wouldn’t ruin my trip - i know realize that I shouldve just demanded for it to be fixed.
The real disappointment came when I accidentally scratched the car on a high curb. I immediately contacted him, and he reassured me it wasn’t a problem, saying he’d let me know the repair cost later. Trusting him again, I expected fairness. But when he quoted me a price five times higher than what a local repair shop estimated, I was heartbroken. Either the repair shop is tricking him, or he is tricking me—and I’m not sure which is worse. Friends in Morocco confirmed I was likely overcharged. That hurt the most—not the money, but the betrayal. I believed he was kind and honest, and in the end, I felt deceived and taken advantage of.
What makes it even more painful is that I genuinely tried to make up for the scratch, because I felt so guilty since he didnt get upset at me. I received the car with only half a tank of fuel, but before returning it, I filled the tank completely and even washed the car because I felt guilty about the damage. I hoped that these gestures would show good faith, but they were met with disappointment rather than fairness.
To be fair, maybe I was just unlucky. I’ve seen other people share good experiences with him, and I really wanted mine to be the same. While I take full responsibility for the scratch, the way the situation was handled left me feeling deeply disappointed. I wanted to believe in his kindness, but the experience turned into a painful lesson. To sum it all up - renters should be cautious and ensure everything is checked thoroughly before.

Read moreWe hired a car from them back in December 2024 and we were very happy with the service. We decided on a whim to hire a car (had nothing pre-booked) and researched several companies, but this was the only one that responded on time, professionally and was able to let us rent a car on the same day we inquired about it. The car we received was clean and in fine working order. We did not have restrictions on the amount of miles/kilometers we could drive with it, nor any distance restrictions (other than you could not drive outside Morocco with it). What was quite nice was that on the day we returned the car, one of the people working for the company drove us to the bus station, so we could catch our bus from Agadir to Marrakech and we did not need to get or pay for a taxi. The guys at Click'n'Go did this route to the bus station out of the goodness of their hearts (we did not have to pay them anything extra for the favour) and to me this is what exceptional customer service looks like. They deserve five stars for this alone! As the pictures of the car show we felt it was safe enough to park the car on the streets of Agadir (and, thankfully, had no problems) and even in the Souk El Had car park. We drove from Agadir to Cascade Imouzzer and Paradise Valley and also, on a different day, to and through Souss-Massa National Park, so we got our money's worth out of the rental. Definitely book with Click'n'Go if you are in Agadir and need to rent a car. We would certainly use their services again, should we ever...
Read moreThe best rental company in Agadir. There is not enough stars to express how good service and experience we had with KERZ. We booked car online with cash payment at the checkout, month prior arriving. Booking had been confirmed within 24h via email. Very good contact with Mr Taoufik (owner) and flexible car collecting arrangements. Car has been delivered and handed over to us at the hotel where we stayed (no extra cost for this courtesy). Car - brand new Dacia Logan (diesel), fully insured with all necessary papers was rented to us at the price as outlined in booking, we payed in EUR (no deposit taken). Car was rented with 1/4 of fuel and with same amount expected to be returned. Note, is very common rental cars have misaligned lights to discourage tourist to drive after dark (can be dangerous). No such practice at KERZ, car was new and safe to drive. We had no issues and car was very nice to drive. Mr Taoufik is a gentleman and is looking after his clients, we returned car without cleaning and we haven’t been charged for this! Mr Taoufik did not want to accept tips or paying for cleaning despite we insisted. HIGHLY recommend KERZ to anyone wanting to rent a car in Morocco, don’t look any further. Save yourself stress and hassle. You won’t regret using KERZ. Thank you KERZ, Mr Taoufik and all personnel for great...
