J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec un caissier marocain qui était stressé et manquait de respect. Il y a eu un retard de 50 minutes pour préparer ma pizza. Quand je lui ai demandé l'état d'avancement, il m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas encore commencé à préparer ma pizza. J'ai demandé amicalement d'annuler ma commande car je n'avais pas de temps à perdre, mais il m'a donné des excuses banales pour ne pas me rembourser.

J'ai insisté pour annuler la commande, toujours amicalement, mais il a augmenté le ton sans raison, sans aucun respect pour moi ou pour les autres clients présents. Il a totalement refusé de me rembourser.

J'ai gardé mon calme car je ne voulais pas être la cause d'un problème entre lui et son employeur. J'ai demandé à voir son patron, et grâce à elle, la situation s'est calmée. C'était vraiment une mauvaise expérience. Il est toujours stressé et nerveux, et je n'ai jamais vu un caissier vouloir se battre avec ses clients.
