Horrible experience !!! Staff play too much ! So I used to go all the time to milos and this is my first time in joker club ! I was filming the DJ and there was staff behind him , of on the staff had a gun that releases very cold coloured air with a bit of ice pieces ! He pointed it right on my face when I was filming and pressed ! It was painful and it was embarrassing in front of everyone! Not professional at all and very disappointing!Even though we knew the owner yet I experienced this shit ! We were a group of friends and had booked two tables. At first, the atmosphere was quite good, but the night quickly turned into a nightmare. Two people from our group stepped outside for a moment, and when they tried to come back in, the bouncers stopped them, claiming they had never been there. Things escalated fast — the security guards started insulting and provoking them. When the manager showed up, instead of calming things down, he made it worse by accusing us of not wanting to pay, even though everything had already been settled.

The staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable — no professionalism, no conflict management, just pure aggression. It honestly felt more like dealing with a gang than a club team. To make things even worse, after paying, we had to wait over 35 minutes to get our car keys back from the valet.

In short: if you don’t want to ruin your night in Casablanca, stay far away from Club Jocker.

Nous étions un groupe d’amis et avions pris deux tables. L’ambiance au début était plutôt correcte, mais la soirée a tourné au cauchemar. Deux personnes de notre groupe sont sorties un moment et, en voulant rentrer, les videurs les ont bloquées en prétendant qu’ils n’avaient jamais été là. La situation a vite dégénéré : les agents de sécurité se sont mis à insulter et à provoquer. Quand le manager est arrivé, au lieu d’apaiser les choses, il a envenimé la situation en nous accusant de vouloir éviter de payer, alors que tout avait déjà été réglé.

Le comportement du personnel est inacceptable — aucun professionnalisme, aucune gestion de conflit, juste de l’agressivité. On a clairement eu l’impression d’avoir affaire à une bande organisée plutôt qu’à une équipe de club. Pour couronner le tout, après avoir payé, il a fallu attendre plus de 35 minutes pour récupérer les clés de la voiture laissée...

Average service , especially the attitude they give you if you sont speak Ariabic. They make all type of excuses to not key go and make us buy services (bottles) especially the guy in puffer west (thay pretended to not willing to see us) Would not recommend and will not be back. Unfortunately one of the worst experiences in Casablanca restaurations...
