End of the world, next stop Timbuktu . Or so it appears. Worth all the effort and time traveling from Marrakech. Rest, watch, observe as you may never have the experience of being in the Sahara. This is truly a special place. We visited the Berber village adjacent to the dunes and enjoyed the saffron tea, conversation and camel ride but the dunes themselves are small and disappointing. If you are in a hurry and want a short experience then its a perfect place to visit but if you want the real desert experience then go further south ... i advice you to turn your direction to Erg...
