We bought we paid we received. Yes the medina was selling similar but not exact, for 10x cheaper indeed. Paid usd1900 for 120 cm by 70 cm water fountain. Arguably the quality at this place is better than the souk. When we offered just usd200 lower than the asking price , owners were willing to let us leave the place. Ultimately we were willing buyers who fell in love w thé pièce and happy to receive it back in our home country. But the whole buying process is full of self doubt , we were actively aware we can be ripped off and likely we r ripped off. Fantastic business and ethical. We bought some pottery and then realized, after the fact how expensive it was. We were still in Fez for another day, so I called and asked if we can cancel the transaction. We attempted to come to a good barter, but my price was too low, and they were unable to sell at that price. I appreciated that. Ended up canceling the transaction. They were honest, direct and easy to work with. I wish I could have afforded the piece of art we left behind. I cannot recommend this art collective...

It was a very nice experience at first. Lots of great art work and beautiful crafts. However when pressured by them for us to buy their stuff, i was worried it was a scam. The prices were pretty high as my wife had already bought some plates in marrakech at a fraction of the prices at this place. I decided to google for reviews on this place as well as tripadvisor. After seeing warnings in the reviews we left and escaped from being cheated....
