Visited for the day 23/7/25 - so their down season Positives & negatives (but my negatives could be others positives etc) Positives - manageress (sorry cannot remember name) is super switched on & passionate about golf Greens were true and very well kept - bunkers also looked good but never needed to play out of any Fairways ok - a bit sandy - you don’t take a divot it just seems to explode under impact 🤷‍♂️ Negatives- it felt like a short course to me - so if you like bombing driver you will run out of room Course management ,as with lots of places ,is key but unless you have some sort of digital map you have no idea of hazards etc until you are on them - would be nice to have a basic hole map on the tee to give you an idea of what you are hitting into BIG NEGATIVE- club hire - the clubs I got were awful and I mean really bad - you wouldn’t want them for free let alone getting charged to hire them General feel of the place was NOT welcoming - staff will speak to you and mid conversation go and high five a friend or member and leave you standing whilst they have a chat - customer service was really poor which is a shame because I think the staff are genuinely friendly but it feels like members take a big priority Would I go again - no Would I recommend to my golfing friends - no Will it get better - maybe - as again I think the manageress...

Played both the blue course / Tikeda course and the championship course. The former course was in good condition with the usual wear and tear to be expected on the fairways with some sun treatment on the greens making them a little slower. But overall tidy, good bunkers and carefully manicure aprons and greens. It was a joy to play on this course. However, the championship course opened during our time at the beginning of September and we played it two days running with amazing velvety fairways, fast closely cut greens, great edging of the aprons and around the greens and of course the water features. Have you played this course on and off over the last 22 years, I must say that it has been in the best form in my experience. The greens were running around 10 to 11 on the stint meter. The caddies were helpful and earned their money and gave good lines. The clubhouse was beautiful and good service all round. The pro shop is very equipped. The Practice area looked immaculate although we didn’t have time to practice. The golf course is relaxed about the golfing attire but common sense prevails i.e. no jeans et cetera. Overall great experience and...

We are just back from holiday staying at Tikida Golf Palace and playing golf for 5 days at golf du soleil. From Ali and the other staff dropping /picking us up for the short buggy ride to/from hotel, the staff in the pro shop serving us with a smile every day, to Brahim ensuring all was well before golfing and to Mohammed our caddie (great fun and very knowledgeable) and finally the staff in the restaurant we just couldn’t fault. They all made our trip special and wanting to return. PS And a shout out to the green keeping staff who kept the course immaculate. Loved the courses, both very different. Blue tighter with lots of trees compared to the championship with wide fairways and fast greens. The blue course greens were sanded day before we left and were definitely faster next day. But we enjoyed both. Expect it to be busier in the...
