This travel agency is great for a several reasons. Hamid emailed back and forth when we were trying to set it up. He accommodated our flow and requests. The contract documentation provided was awesome and so we had the right plan and we knew what to except everyday. The driver assigned to us was Youssef. He was our primary point of contact for the 12 days. He was phenomenal. He speaks many languages. His English is great. He has great knowledge of all the areas and was a great driver. He was such a fun addition to our travels and we were quite sad to say goodbye to him. Really great guy. All the Experts in the various areas were also terrific tour guides and gave us lots of information. We had Abraheim in Marrakech, Karim for Volubilis, Isaam in Fez (our personal favorite), Samuel at the Ceramics coop, and Youssef for the Agafay Desert, Atlas Mountains and the city of Ifran. The planned lunches, that were included in our tours, always felt like hidden local gems. Exceptional environments and terrific choices of local fare. The hotels selected by the agency were absolutely wonderful. Both had great restaurants so at the end of the day we could just relax. The one night we went out, Youssef made it clear he would take us and pick us up following our dinner. Services at its best!
The three of us would highly recommend this travel agency. They are careful about the details and made our first trip to this country absolutely awesome that we will come back!
I apologize for posting our review late. We travelled in January 2025. I thought I had posted and went to look for it and...
Read moreWe bought the experience through Tui prior to our trip to Marrakech and it was excellent to say the least! Mohammed, our driver/guide for the evening, was prompt and polite at the collection. During the drive to the camel ride he engaged with us in conversation; sought to make sure we had an enjoyable ride with music and water (bought by him!); gave us interesting facts about the local area (not just the standard "tourist facts" but actual local knowledge) and was just generally great company.
The Camel ride was amazing with some spectacular views across the Agafay Desert, Mohammed even ensured we got some great photos prior to setting off on the Camels. Upon returning from the camel ride, Mohammed greeted us with some fresh Green Tea and hosted us for a drink along with more photos and videos.
On the transit to the Berber hut for dinner, he again stopped for further photo opportunities in the Agafay and even a mini disco dance. This was particularly enjoyable since it was only Mohammed, my partner and myself and Mohammed seemed like more of a friend than tour guide by this point!
Whilst being hosted at the Berber hut, Mohammed was always keen to ensure we were catered for and having the most enjoyable time possible! The music by the fire was incredible, the sunset was beautifully stunning, the food was incredible, and the live music/entertainment after dinner was amazing - especially with their interactivity!
10/10 would recommend any trip with a guide/driver like we had.

Read moreBooking our Morocco trip was easy with Hamid. He was able to book within our budget and our timeline, and was quick to respond. He also modified our trip quickly and provided the appropriate refund when one person could not make it on our trip anymore. We enjoyed all of our excursions and definitely would recommend spending a night in the Sahara desert. The camel ride on the way there and riding the ATVs on the way back was an unforgettable way to spend our New Years. We also loved our Fez tour with Amal, she was incredible and surely one of the highlights of the trip! Our driver Hashim was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us a lot about the history and traditions of Morocco. He also made sure we were safe and comfortable on our journey. All the accommodations were very nice, except the one in Fez could have been nicer. Also be aware the desert gets extremely cold at night (we visited in December), and our tent did not have heat although we were told it would in the itinerary. Last tip, be sure to make reservations for restaurants you want to visit especially in Marrakech. I was told we did not need to make dinner reservations but when we got here all of the ones we wanted to visit were full or if you want a good table you needed to make a reservation weeks in advance. Overall, we had an incredible trip and made so many memories. In just 8 days I feel like we were able to cover most of the country and really get a feel of the Moroccan culture! I would certainly recommend using Morocco Sahara...
