Alpaca Eco Farm — Local services in Bergen

It was a very nice experience, definitely want to see alpacas again😀 everything was mostly good and don’t get me wrong - there were really A LOT of good things that many people already mentioned in other reviews, and I totally agree with them!

However, there are things that I would improve to make things even better:

-I personally didn’t like that the dirty cups were not taken from the tables but were just piling up there -Also, they say unlimited coffee and tea but we were asked about it only twice, with the second time having to wait for it like 20–25 min 😅 -There were moments when alpacas were just standing in the middle, so people who were in the middle had an unlimited opportunity to touch them while others had maybe only 10-15 min of their time. Would be nice if this could be thought of somehow, if possible.

We visited the Alpaca Eco Farm recently. The place was clean and the alpacas were adorable — we were excited to spend a fun and relaxing time there with our kids.

However, the experience was disappointing. Instead of a friendly and interactive visit, we were forced to sit quietly and listen to a long talk by one of the staff members, who repeatedly told us to stay silent and not move. It felt more like a strict classroom than a farm visit.

We understand the need for some basic guidelines, but this could have been handled with a short briefing or even a brochure. Unfortunately, we spent almost half of our visit listening to instructions instead of enjoying time with the animals.

🇱🇺🇩🇪Beste Alpaca-team, bedankt voor de leuke middag die we bij jullie mochten doorbrengen.

We kunnen iedereen alleen maar aanraden om deze unieke ervaring te beleven. We hebben eerst een paar leuke uren op het strand van Egmond doorgebracht en daarna heel ontspannen naar de boerderij gereden. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het terrein en je wordt hartelijk ontvangen. De plaatsen zijn erg gezellig en het team ter plaatse erg aardig. Na het openen van de deur rennen alle alpaca's het glazen huis in en je bent gewoon enthousiast als een klein kind. Op de tafels staat hooi en geperst voer, zodat je op zijn minst een dier kunt aaien, maar in bijna 1,5 uur komt iedereen aan tafel. Het team vertelt nog iets over de dieren en als je genoeg hebt, is het onze beurt om onszelf te versterken met de prachtige lekkernijen. Bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring en vriendelijke groeten uit Duitsland naar het prachtige Egmond.

Wir können jedem nur empfehlen dieses einmalige Erlebnis zu machen. Wir haben vorher noch ein paar schöne Stunden am Strand von Egmond verbracht und sind dann ganz entspannt zur Farm gefahren. Es gibt vor Ort genügend Parkplätze und man wird herzlich empfangen. Die Plätze sind sehr gemütlich und das Team vor Ort sehr nett. Nach öffnen der Türe rennen auch schon alle Alpaca in das Glashaus und man ist einfach nur begeistert wie ein kleines Kind. Auf den Tischen steht Heu und gepresstes Futter, so daß man ein Tier mindestens streicheln kann, aber in den knapp 1,5 Stunden kommen alle an den Tisch. Das Team erzählt noch etwas über die Tiere und wenn Sie satt sind, dann sind wir dran und stärken uns mit den wunderschönen Köstlichkeiten.
