Aida Travel Services — Local services in Curaçao

STAY AWAY!!!! I booked a tour and paid for it through Viator. When I arrived in Curaçao, Aida said my tour tickets had been canceled and she had no room for me and my young daughter. Even though I had my fully paid tickets. Terrible experience with this company! STAY AWAY OR YOU’LL LOSE YOUR MONEY TOO!!!!!

Update: Please review Trip Advisor and you’ll see my experience has been similar to many others. I did in fact lose money until I brought this matter to Viator and my credit card company. I was promised a refund of the difference in the price of their tour vs the other and never received it until I fought for it. You have called me a liar to Viator and stated I did receive “your” tour. Your comment proves that I did not. And I booked my second reservation over a week prior to the tour, so it was not done last minute. Your agent at the port admitted that I should’ve received an email from Aida Travel Services notifying me that you cancelled my tour. This is poor customer service on every angle. The only reason the agent even helped us find another tour was because my daughter and I were so upset and almost in tears. If I hadn’t stood up for myself, your agent wouldn’t have done anything and you never would’ve refunded any money back to me. Do the right thing upfront and you’ll receive better reviews. My advice to anyone reading this is to book with another company so you’ll have a relaxing and stress free tour experience in Curaçao. Check out Irie Tours! A lovely couple...

We had a tour booked for 9 AM with an 8:35 pick up time which they confirmed with us the prior. 10 minutes past the pick up time when we realize nobody was probably showing up I begin trying to contact them and it took a good 15 minutes to get somebody on the phone and I was told we were having a driver come get us. 9 o’clock passed and I was not too sure how they were going to have the tour wait for us come to find out we have a private driver for the entire day who is taking us to all the stops following the tour bus because they overbooked the bus and didn’t even tell us. It ended up being fine the private driver, Francisco was amazing. It was quite frustrating that they weren’t even going to communicate this with us. We met Aida when we arrived to Willemstad on a cruise, and what a great coincidence it was! She runs this family owned Tour company and both of her daughters work with her too. We really enjoyed the tour around the city, the information provided was so interesting and easy to understand. One of the things i personally liked the most was that we were not rushing from one place to another so we got to really enjoy the day. Gracias...
