I wish I could give them 0 stars. Amazed at the lack of customer service when something goes wrong 😂

We made out 1st food order ever with this store 2 days ago and it arrived today.

We made this order especially because we were missing some duck for our NYs Eve dinner from a different order that arrived on the 28th.

We had to fill up the basket up to 25 Euros before this order can be delivered with extra cost. Fine. We just want the duck.

It arrives with no duck

We call up and ask if we can get some other duck. They said No. We asked why they didn't call us to notify us of the missing items. They said "That's too much work, we're not going to do that, YOU (customer) should have told US on the order that we didn't want the order if there was no duck"

Man on the phone tonight BLAMED US FOR THEIR MISTAKES 😂 kept saying there was nothing he could do and you can tell he's just trying to get us off the phone

Much more to say but this is getting too long

Will never use this store...

They got your daily needs of groceries but don't expect a swift service or a friendly face cause it seems the work pressure is too much for them, even though the store is usually pretty empty. I don't recommend this place. Edit: after they redone the entire store the shopping experience went up. The employees are doing better and the food seems fresher. I...

Wat is er toch mis hier. Elke keer zijn producten niet goed. Gisteravond pak melk gekocht, vandaag bij het ontbijt heeft mijn zoontje een beker zure melk opgedronken! Kwam hier pas achter toen ik zelf een slok nam. Op de verpakking staat er dat het nog een week goed is. Laatst ook bananen, eenmaal thuis en zak open bleek er schimmel in te zitten. Ook twee maal de runder tartaar niet in orde. Logisch als het met bijvullen vaak lang in de winkel staat voor het in de schappen word gezet. Na de zoveelste keer geen zin meer om naar de winkel terug te gaan. Verder zijn de aanbiedingen vaak op eerste dag al uitverkocht. Wat je zoekt hebben ze vaak niet in het assortiment. Jong personeel wat met elkaar loopt te klooien in de avonduren en brutaal zijn. Enigste pluspunt: het personeel dat overdag staat zijn altijd heel vriendelijk. Ik kom hier niet meer dan ga ik nog liever voor mijn boodschap naar de plus in tanthof of albert heijn dichtbij, waar alles beter geregeld is. Jammer, want jullie zitten op...
