TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Extremely unclear policies when ordering within EU. I tried to order some materials to Sweden, according to Pyrasied's current policy: b2b, minimum order 500 EUR, ex works, order via email. They directly rejected my order with no explanation. When I called them to understand why they cannot assist me, they said that even though Pyrasied states that specific policy in their website, they do not apply it properly. They said they are selecting which customers to work with, based on other criteria, which are not specified on the website. Also the website is very often not updated in regards to the specs of the materials. In the past I also tried to order a couple of times, but there were always some new "rule" (not mentioned on the website) making the order impossible. I have several times received different information about their ordering policy when asking different employees working there. Very unprofessional.    Read moreThe product is really good, high quality acrylics. The service is unbearably bad, such a nightmare to work with this company. We ordered two way mirroring, but due to a misstated size specification on their own website it turns out they couldn't deliver the goods we needed. Fair enough, mistakes happen. What's unacceptable is that they only informed us of this after we followed up multiple times, several weeks after ordering the materials, and on the promised delivery date. Been going back and forth for weeks now, only to get my money back. At the moment I have paid several hundreds of euro's for materials I've never received. Pyrasied are even arguing that they never received the money, even though I have paid via a link they provided. I have proof of payment and also sent this to them weeks ago. After the 5th call I'm told the material hasn't been cut yet and they'll give me a call by the end of the day with either sending the order or cancelling it, they never called. Today they won't answer the phone, I called the business number answered by a guy who said he'd help only to be redirected to someone who seemingly didn't know who Pyrasied were or my company and 'didn't want anything to do with this'.
