FAM Flower Farm — Local services in Lisse

This year I had to cancel my booking due to the covid-19 pandemic. I mailed them about the situation and they replied very quickly that they will give a refund. What hit me was that they will charge €5 administration fee per person and I bought for 4 person.

It really surprised me, because the measurements that are implemented by the Dutch government are as followed: Social distancing (1.5m) Not more than 3 people Stay as much home If you would ignore the first 2 rules you will get a fine of €400.

I absolutely love the concept of Fam Flower Farm! Such a lovely Team, everything packed with care and love to the detail. I ordered directly from the well organized webshop with a large range of bulbs and tubers and was so thrilled when I got my beautiful Boxes of Tulips and Dahlias. They even came with a little extra surprise - a flower-magazine, garden knife and a little plate. I've done two orders to Germany this year and the Dahlias performed really great! A bit of a mixed bag. Their communication leaves much to be desired. Of the 11 I ordered, 2 have gall, one of which showed very early in its growing process and my email about it was ignored. The second has more recently poked its bad growth through the soil, but it was planted in a newly built planter with fresh compost. Quite disappointing. The rest have been really been lovely but I feel 2 diseased ones of 11 is quite a high percentage and the lack communication is a big factor in bringing the...
