Ik weet het nog helder... zo helder als een glas vocht met extra OH- ionen op een na-zaterdagse middag. Toen Plœtjr Jan (zwager van Ome Eef) en ik samen ons lijntje eruit gooide om even te genieten van het prachtig stukje flora. Ik zal nooit te nimmer vergeten hoe Bernard hier zijn linker kies heeft verloren omdat de wildebras zo nodig weer wilde vechten met het asfalt, hi-la-risch! Tevergeefs moet ik wel zeggen dat dit geen geschikte plaats is om met stoepkrijt te spelen. Groet, John van de Appelaere...

El cruce del Hollands Diep, que marca el límite entre las regiones de Brabante del Norte y Holanda del Sur (Países Bajos), ya sea en tren o en vehículo, permite tener una hermosa vista de este flujo de agua.
