Typical Kirana store type argumentative shopkeeper.
Would advise not to waste your time ordering from here, else you would end up wasting time later explaining their super argumentative support people.
Better look out for nearby in-store or other ecom options, if you want to avoid inconvenience and wasting your money.
No commitment to delivery, that too within Netherlands. To my surprise received rotten "frozen" items dispatched like a normal mail (I opted especially for 2 hrs evening slot, paying an additional amount as that was the only option provided during ordering though claimed by Kirana store owner as otherwise in his clarification), delivered within Netherlands central area after 4 days.
Asked the Kirana owner for information on return shipment immediately (as it was not for my self consumption) within few minutes and to check on the missed delivery claim with DHL (though I was available at home and paid extra for 2 hour delivery slot), instead I was directed to manage the info by myself.
Checked with DHL on delay later, and they confirmed that since the delivery time was beyond their delivery hours (Kirana owner himself not aware, but still charging additional for evening delivery slot), so they marked it for next day delivery. Informed this to the owner but the person kept arguing that I should had made a special request.
Never asked for refund (as claimed by Kirana owner), but only for the return as the items were not for my consumption, were delivered late, and since it was meant for someone else, who already left without it, and I don't consume frozen food stuff, so genuinely wanted to return rather than wasting food item. Instead Kirana owner kept arguing like typical shopkeeper.
Improper handling of perishable food item is hazardous, irrespective of paying additional amount for shipping during specific time slot. Because orders are prepaid, they become super argumentative later. They expect customer to accept the rotten food items, delivered after cut off date, but unwilling to take the return of their own products delivered in bad condition.

So if you claim that it was not possible then where did the box come from? Even if the manufacturer made an error, the batch number and before date are still on the box? so how is that en error on their part? it is an error on YOUR part for sending me a box from an older batch. I seriously can't believe you still dismiss any wrong doing when I CLEARLY have evidence. It's really hard to dispute that. PLUS, your "generous" offer to return and replace would cost me MORE, since I'd have to pay for return fees, PLUS the new shipping costs of sending the new box out to me, which would cost me MORE than the product itself, so makes NO sense. My last sentiment is that you refuse to claim any responsibility, and deny any wrong doing even in the face of evidence. If that's how shady you want to run your business then that's on you. Case Closed.
Ordered a product that was past its due date therefore expired. Told them it was unacceptable and asked them to send me over a new product. Not only did they insinuate that I might have sent them a picture of the same product I had ordered 2 years ago, but also claimed did they not have stock with that batch number which they clearly did otherwise they would not have sent me that particular box in the first place. They also stated that the product has a shelf life of 24 months after opening, but even unopened products have a limited shelf life and detoriate, so I did not find it fit for consumption for a period of 24 months after it's already expired. They only offered for me to return the product, but their policy says customers are responsible for return fees. Since the refund would have been the same cost as the return fee, I would lose money. All in all, terrible...
   Read moreUPDATE: After I received the rotten veggies and shared the review here, the customer care reached out to me promptly, to ask if I wanted a refund or if they should resend the veggies again. I wanted to give another chance before forming an opinion, after all, they had made the effort to call and email me! Therefore I asked them to resend the veggies but just half of what I had initially ordered, since I didnât want it to go to waste in case it doesnât survive again. I received the package in good condition and they had resent the entire vegetable order. The bitter gourd was very fresh. However, the ridge gourd was rotten again. Maybe, this vegetable can survive long distances only in cold chain vehicles. Something to keep in mind. I also received another packet of vermicelli since the first time I had received a torn packet. Anyways, considering their after sales service and the extra effort they put to reach out and fix the issue, I have upgraded the stars from 2 to 4 stars. Will be definitely ordering other groceries and maybe even some âlow maintenanceâ veggies in the future!
Old review: I received my delivery today. The non perishable goods like dal, flour and few Haldiram snacks arrived in good condition. The pickle was also well packed. But one packet of vermicelli was fully torn! What was even more disappointing was the vegetables. Bitter gourd was full of fungus! Ridge gourd came broken in several pieces and rotten. See the pictures I have attached to this review! Total waste of money! I wouldnât recommend buying vegetables...
