De Tulperij — Local services in Teylingen

Cutest little tulip farm! Much smaller than others we went to, but also a better experience! The road to get there is very narrow, so while we drove and they do have parking lots, it would be best to bike in (it would be a far walk). When you walk in, there are baskets of Dahlias to buy, also some cute vintage items for sale as well (including vintage delft!!) and then you get into the cafe area and the actual shop. The shop has very cutes items for sale and the cafe has tulip beer and a tulip spritz (so good!!) which you can walk with in the gardens outside. The gardens are not really the vast sprawling fields, instead having hundreds of different varieties of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinth, all with name tags so you can find your favorites! They are have a few multi color rows where you can ask to pick your own tulips (10 for €7.50) and they will tell you how to pick the good ones! They have lots of outdoor seating and it is all so cute and well curated for a great atmosphere. There is also a burger food truck which we did not eat at, but smelled amazing! Every employee we spoke to was so kind and helpful, even with our language barrier (Dutch is really hard, English is really hard, we all did our best!). Ну що ж, ми прибули тоді, коли тюльпанів вже майже не залишилося.

А все тому ,що цього року сезон трохи змістився і їх зібрали раніше. Все ж, екскурсія була цікава , побачили варіацію незліченних видів тюльпанів! І всетаки потім ми знайшли поле тюльпанів зовсім поруч)

Одночасно рекомендую, але заздалегідь дізнавайтеся про сезон, адже він коливається. На території є кафе, сувенірка лавка , тюльпановий чай, і несподівано тюльпанова горілка 😀

Яке ж було моє здивування, коли одного разу в поході по пустелі я побачила тюльпани! Раніше я і не задумувалася про її історію існування🙄 Ось декілька цікавих фактів:

🌷Батьківщиною тюльпану є передгір'я Тянь-Шаню. 🌷В природі не існує синього і чорного тюльпану. Сорт тюльпана «Королева ночі» має насичено-фіолетові, майже чорні пелюстки,але всеж не чорний . 🌷У деяких країн не лише цибулини, а і пелюстки тюльпанів! входять до складу ряду традиційних страв.( їстівні види) 🌷Тюльпан « Apricot Беаути» є свого роду тюльпаном, який пахне, як абрикос.😳 🌷Світовий центр вирощування тюльпанів знаходиться в  Нідерландах. 🌷А колись це ця квітка була символом правлячої династії Осьманської імперії !

💙💛🇺🇦🇺🇦 На підтримку нашої держави спеціальні тюльпани жовто-блакитного 🇺🇦кольору з назвою Tulipa Ukraine були представлені в Нідерландах на виставці тюльпанів у королівському парку квітів у Кекенхоф.

Ці тюльпани від природи білі. Як тільки квіти виходять із цибулини й формуються, вони піддаються колірній обробці.💙💛🌷

Tulips 🌷 One day I was estoniched  when I saw during hiking in a desert tulips. I had never thought about its history before. Here are some interesting facts:

🌷The homeland of the tulip is the foothills of the Tien Shan. 🌷There are no blue and black tulips in nature existing. The Queen of the Night tulip variety has deep purple, almost black petals, but still not black. 🌷In some countries not only bulbs but also tulip petals are part of a number of traditional dishes. (Edible) 🌷 "The Apricot Beauty tulip is a kind of tulip that smells like apricot." 🌷The World Center for Tulip Growing is located in the Netherlands. 🌷 Once this flower was the symbol of the ruling dynasty of the Ottoman Empire!

As demonstrate support our nation, special Yellow and Blue tulips called "TULIPA UKRAINE " were presented in the Netherlands at the tulip exhibition at the Royal Flower Park in Keukenhof. very nice Tulip and Hyacinth🌷🪻🌷 farm for visit in the middle of the Tulip farmers area of Lisse. Unfortunatelly at our visit it was bad rainny stormy weather and most tulips with heads down or allready lost their petals. It is also not very easy to get there if you don´t have a own car. We could little warm up in their inhouse Tulip shop with small cinema Theater and a nice bohemian style Café where you can even taste a delicious Tulip cake and buy some nice Tulip souvenirs or pick by your self fresh Tulips from their fields with a waterproof basket (10 pieces = 6€) The entrance is for free but you can also book a guided tour with the farmer where you learn all about Tulips 🌷🌷🌷The Staff is very friendly and patient would recommend this place👍🏻😋if visiting Lisse area during...
