The collection of erratics is large and sorted out. Lots of colourful granites, plenty of other deep rocks too, and an amazing set of Jotnic sandstones. In great majority, the stones are from middle Sweden originally. Formed overthere a good billion years ago (proterozoic), moved to central Netherlands entrained within land ice some 150,000 years ago (penultimate ice age), dug out by railroad sand mining personnel between 1860 and 1960ies, enjoyed by collectors and considered special since the early 1900s.
