Hi, I came and and purchased 3 plants April 17th (monstera, heart leaf phillo, golden pothos). I am a house plant enthusiast so for my birthday my partner took me down to Christchurch to go plant shopping. I have been after 4 particular plants for over a year now and you finally had 3 of them all at once and I couldn't have been more excited. I was so excited in fact that I over looked the funny "variegated" pattern on my new Pothos. Well that was a big mistake as I brought in a heavily infested/infected plant which has now spread to most of my home collection.. the three i brought home from your store are the worst but it has also spread to my Fiddle Leaf Fig, my other phillo, my pitcher plant, my angel wing begonia, and my marble queen Pothos. I am beyond gutted. I have had to remove most of the leaves on my new golden pothos and several from my new Monstera and spend hours meticulously removing the pest from my other now infected plants. I am at a loss for words really. These weren't cheap plants and now they have cost me months of growth and progress on themselves and my other plants, and more money in treatment products. It would be one thing if i only risked losing my newly purchased dream plants (i mean, whats $200?! >:/ ) but now I'm also worried i will lose some i have already had thriving in my collection. I would appreciate some feed back on what to do about this situation. Please contact the supplier to see if they have any more treatment recommendations. I have started treating them for scale for now until I know what else it could be... I have several picture I would like to send but I can not find a direct email. Devastated plant mum, Anna

Recently I bought these from oderings. To my surprise they arrived all the way from Canterbury to Northland in just a skimpy bag which I paid extra for as I live rural. Not to mention the condition of the garlic upon opening was not up to standard. To my disappointment, 1 of the bulbs had been mushed and broken apart. As you can see in the picture mould had begun to grow aswell as some soft cloves beginning to rot. I only ordered these within the fortnight, they took ages to get here too. I have bought garlic from 3 reputable companies before and have never ever seen my garlic packed and sent like this at all. I'm not happy with this product, get it right team! Order number: 41370 Update 30 May 23: I am not one to be petty but I haven't heard anything back from these guys, they have blocked my email address, lol. Whatever, what goes around comes around, yip even the small things. 26/01/24: I have yet to hear from these guys at all.

My friend and I called into Oderings, Philpotts Road today and right from the start we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello. And that continued with the lovely women outside. They were very kind and helpful and we had the best shopping experience because of that. Everything there was so well laid out which made things easy to find. And when I had made my purchase the kind woman on the till helped me to carry my plants out to the car. I will certainly be returning to get the plants for my Summer garden. Thank you Oderings.
