And I know that the leftovers from your chia pudding were absolutely demolished by 7 month old the next day! Not many people had heard of or even thought of the concept of a Bridal Brunch Platter and just absolutely loved the idea. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of the day for me and just made the morning so relaxed and enjoyable. Our guests could not stop raving about how it was the best catering they've had at a wedding. A true highlight being the 'thrice fried skin on spuddies with black truffle and flakey salt' - I really need this recipe! We got married last weekend and are over the moon that we had the platter share for our day. Rachelle is absolutely amazing, such a friendly and kind, helpful yet easy going boss lady! She was instantly onto it with everything, was so understanding and able to help make something awesome to feed all of our guests whether they had any specific dietary requirements or not. We had so many compliments on the food and really felt like it was the perfect meal for a wedding.
