Beauty Gallery WAS an amazing store once upon a time where i used to buy all the beauty needs for business or personal use. i have a salon myself and did alot of shopping her since 2013. Right now im quite disappointment by this business as it has become a MONEY MAKING MACHINE NOW AFTER COVID-19. As we all know that covid-19 has hit throughout the world and i never expected a company like beauty gallery to make money out of others desperate needs. I remember i used to buy this face dust mask for such $10 plus $1.50 GST last in march 2020 when covid wasnt at peak in NZ as hygiene was always our priority for our business even before covid so i used to buy the same face dust masks for such $10 but now that same face dust mask is $35 PLUS GST. It very upsetting that people are making money out of this situation rather than helping each other during this hard time. People wont afford to buy a $35 mask so the price should have been STILL $10. its quite clear that beauty gallery is taking advantage of covid and they know that people would be desperate to buy things from u guys and ur still fooling customers and taking advantage of the situation. Why wont covid-19 happen when people are so selfish and only want to run after money. Im a business woman myself but i have not increased my business prices, on the contrary i have reduced it so that everyone can afford to get treatments done at a cheaper price from us. its very very sad and I feel sorry for those desperate customers who are buying it for that dear price and i feel even more sorry for beauty gallery who are not thinking wisely but collecting their KARMA by doing this. ** I have attached my call log proving I called twice at 9:12am and 2:36pm. The second call was the call I rearranged the collection time and offered to pay which I was told was not necessary.

Very disappointed!! Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order over the phone and was told there were two gel polish available to be placed on hold. I rang again in the afternoon as I couldn't make it on the day and wanted to pay over the phone before picking up the products to ensure they were reserved but was told I didn't have too and they are reserving the products for me. I insisted over the phone but kept on getting reassured the products would be placed to one side.

Today I went to pick them up and was told there was only one available as they cant reserve the products for me without payment. The one they had avaliable was collected off of the shelf so I was probably lucky that no one had purchased this prior.

I have purchased a lot from beauty gallery in the past through my business and it was not like I was a new account. As a wholesaler they are aware this can significantly impact their customers but seem to not care or respect...

Very disappointing management and poor customer service. I purchased some beauty items in the begging of the year and I purchased a cuticle nail clipper too.when I arrived home and opened the packs unbelievably the cuticle nail clipper used before, there was dry cuticle around the tip and finger print around the handle ,it was very disgusting and unhygienic, but because I live far from the shop i said ,ok for my next shopping I need to mention them. Until today, the lady infront desk was so polite and professional, she apologized for this faulty happened and said will pass my message to the manager. I received an email from them that I will receive a credit same price as ithem. And I replied them to appreciate them. One hour later, I received an email from their manager, which, in rude way very unprofessional. He said, "Sorry, you will not receive any credit because you purchased it in January.

I can't believe it. The manager ignored about discussing dirty beauty ithem sold to the customer. He worried about his money and credit. Shame on you!! I will never go back to this shop anymore Even one star is too...
