Pic is a bit of a local legend. From his philanthropic contributions to the local community, to his inspirational and entertaining speeches, he is well known to the whole community. We live in Stoke, so were intrigued when we noticed this new building being built a couple of years ago, with an interesting design and the telltale star on the awning. Ever since Peanut Butter World was opened, my wife has been bugging me to visit with her. So more than 3 years after it opening, I did. I'm a bit of a procrastinator. As something of an excuse; more recently they have not been open on the weekend, where they used to open on the Saturday and with my workload, weekday lunch dates can be a little tricky. Anyway, off we go! It is hard to miss the place, with the gigantic Pics Peanut Butter jar out the front of the building, and with ample parking (with a few EV charging stations! Kudos!) and the impressively huge automatically opening doors, we felt very welcome. The cafe offered some amazing food, and the smell of the coffee had my taste buds tingling. I ordered myself a salmon and corn fritter stack, and my wife had a bacon and egg slice. And of course, 2 flat whites. The coffee was quick delivered, and was good. The fritter stack was really nice, with the layers of fritter, salmon, salad and cheese with a pesto type sauce and relish on the side all complimenting each other well. The bacon and egg slice was nice, again with a pesto sauce. My wife reluctantly shared some of this with me. We also had a peanut butter and melted chocolate cookie, and this was the star of the lunch! Amazing. We didnt have time to take advantage of the free tour, but after visiting the venue, we will be booking one in soon as the whole place is fascinating. This is a great place to visit with kids and adults alike. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. And you can also purchase the full range of this amazing toast topper and pics branded products. If you are visiting Nelson, this is a must see location. If you are from Nelson, just do...

I recently had the opportunity to visit Pic's Peanut Butter World and it was an absolute delight. As a peanut butter lover, I was excited to explore this unique attraction and it did not disappoint.

First and foremost, the staff at Pic's Peanut Butter World were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were more than happy to answer any questions and share their passion for peanut butter with us. The atmosphere in the store was warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to spend some time.

The store itself was filled with all things peanut butter. From different types of peanut butter (crunchy, smooth, organic) to merchandise and even a peanut butter dispenser, there was something for every peanut butter lover. I particularly enjoyed the peanut butter tasting station where I got to sample different flavors and even create my own custom blend.

One of the highlights of my visit was the Peanut Butter History Museum. It was fascinating to learn about the history of peanut butter and see how it has evolved over the years. The interactive displays made it both educational and entertaining.

Pic's Peanut Butter World also offers a variety of peanut butter-based snacks and treats, including freshly made peanut butter ice cream. I highly recommend trying the famous Peanut Butter Milkshake, it was delicious!

Overall, my experience at Pic's Peanut Butter World was fantastic. It's a must-visit for any peanut butter lover and even for those who are curious about this popular spread. The combination of friendly staff, unique merchandise, and tasty treats make it a one-of-a-kind attraction. I will definitely be returning on my next visit...

My aunt and uncle took my friend and I here while we were visiting Nelson. Even though it was busy (being school holidays) all of the staff were approachable and helpful.

Our tour was run by Rachel who was a wealth of information about the history of Pic's Peanut Butter, and some fantastic puns. Her sense of humour really made it so much less awkward to be around a bunch of people you've never met.

I loved the world map with magnets at the start of the tour - it was so interesting seeing where everyone was from. It was also fascinating to see where Pic's ended up, in comparison to this quite compact factory.

Even though it was mostly children on the tour (again being school holidays), Rachel still made sure the adults there were having fun too. It was really interesting seeing how everything worked, and riding on the bicycle to grind peanuts into peanut butter was fun.

It was super helpful to be able to taste everything at the end of the tour. I really liked the honey and the smunchy peanut butter. It was also nice to see some locally made stuff available to buy (I'd recommend the...
