I cannot thank the Blank Canvas "dream team" (Amy, Tahlee & Kylie) enough for making my Mum's 8-0h at home an extra special celebration that will always be in our hearts.

From my first interaction, I sincerely appreciated their expert guidance through the process, excellent recommendations, very thoughtful suggestions, timely communications, flexibility and just being the superstars they are!  They delivered above and beyond my expectations.  My Mum and her friends are still talking about it.

Their thoughtfulness and attention to the details really stood out for me. On top of the excellent planning, delish food, gorgeous table setting, fun mocktail, stunning flowers, the champagne tower, on point adult beverages, overall timing, attentiveness to our guests, checking in with me throughout, outstanding cake logistics and all done with big smiles on their gorgeous faces.

They really went above and beyond which allowed me to be present in the celebration!

Amy and the team at Blank Canvas are outstanding and we'd use them time and time again. They recently catered our work's 30th Birthday Dinner at the Cargo Shed for over 120 people for canapes, mains and dessert.

Not only is their food the best of the best, but the service was amazing, and just 10/10!! The time they take to work with you on your menu to meet your needs is top tier, they are extremely flexible around dietaries and changes to your plan of how you want to serve food to your guests and they offer amazing suggestions, tips and tricks.

We recently had Blank Canvas cater our wedding and there aren’t enough words to describe how amazing they are! From word go, Amy was fantastic to deal with, and so incredibly patient with us while trying to figure things out at the start of the process. Leading up to the big day, Kylie was incredible! She was so easy to communicate with, and took so much of the stress off us. The food was UNREAL and at such a high quality. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic it was, with many saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.
