Terrible service. The Lady that works in Origin Earth Cheese shop is extremely rude. We had just started our wine bike tour for the day and the cheese shop was our second stop. Our group of 10 arrived and there was already 2 ladies doing the cheese testing, the lady on service doing this greeted us rudely and told us it would be a 15min wait, no worries at all, we decided to come back about 20-30mins later, only 4 girls out of the 10 in our group though decided to come back as the rest thought they wouldn't waste their time and money on a lady that was so rude, wish we did the same. We waited in the cheese shop for about 10mins, no one comes and decide to ring the bell, she comes out obviously eating her lunch and tells us "she's not ready for us yet and leaves" we wait another 10mins and ring the bell again, she comes out and we tell her its just us four to do the tasting and we are in a hurry as we need to leave for our next winery soon, she tells us we won't have enough time to do the tasting as we will need to leave now to get to our next winery. Thanks for the heads up on leaving but maybe if the lady hadn't left us waiting for 20mins we would have been able to do the tasting and not waste our time. Will not be returning or...

What a fantastic service in Hawkes Bay. I moved up from Wellington and nothing like it available to my home with delivery. I'm always looking for ways to help reduce reuse and recycle so was delighted to find Origin Earth glass bottles home delivery milks. Fantastic ladies deliver my milk for a nominal price and once you have your swap a bottles there is no looking back. They even have a pouring cream. Many thanks for your wonderful service...

Nice and clean shop. Wonderful service the lady was very helpful that served me. It was my first time getting my milk fresh in a glass bottle. I am a 55 year old women and when I was a little girl the milkman used to come around our streets in Taradale on a horse & cart and the milk was in glass bottles. I think it is wonderful getting it fresh in a glass bottle. Thankyou so much...
