I came on Friday with my kiddies to buy 2 boxes of strawberries. Firstly, after waiting in queue we finally reached the front of the cashier. I turned around for literally like 3 seconds to help my son get my baby's stroller closer to the counter to pay for our purchase. But alas when I turned back, the brown-haired middle eastern(?) guy at the checkout was already serving the people behind me. WTH?! So with a baby crying in stroller and a 6 year old, I again had to wait longer. Then after serving them, it was hard not to notice the cashier guy's difference in attitude - definitely not as friendly or pleasant customer service. When we got home, discovered that in one box hidden underneath the top layer of strawberries, were mouldy strawberries with some kind of white fluff growing on top. Overall the unfriendly demeanor plus the hidden moldy strawberries left a sour taste in my mouth. This place is obviously not very appreciative of their Asian customers - they will happily take your hard earned money, but don't appreciate nor will like to serve you the same. Won't be coming back, overall...

Hei, I went there this January and the strawberries were quite good. Recently, I went there twice and bought two packs of strawberries each time. Such a disappointment! You will lose more and more customers if you keep doing it like that. Just like other one-star comments, your strawberry pickers must understand what "responsibility" means! Is that real strawberry? Most of them are far from ripe, let alone tasting sweet. I understand you might have large volume of customers there and you need to guarantee sufficient packs to sell, but if you can't guarantee the quality, please choose not to sell them! I might try yours the last time in Dec or next Jan due to the proximity from my home and if the strawberry pack still looks/tastes like that, I will never go back. This is not what the service...

Very nice location. Came here with 3 others for PYO strawberries and ice cream. There is an abundant number of strawberry plants, so you will definitely have something to pick. The strawberries we picked are so sweet and juicy! The ice cream shop is also amazing, where they make it on the spot for you (they mix the ice cream/yoghurt with the berries in front of you). Berry choices were mixed berry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and boysenberry. There are also dairy free options ($2 more). Although the price is quite high ($6.50 pp for our group), they give you a generous amount of ice cream which is heaps better than store-bought and ice cream from other shops/locations. Also, at time of writing, the berries being sold are below market price!! Definitely...

Went and bought a $12 punnet today as thought they would be fresh and not rotten like lots of the supermarket ones atm - nope definitely not fresh and 90% we’re starting to rot and were soft and starting to go that slimy texture. Not worth the extra time and extra money. Will try other berry farms around. Attached photos as their reply insinuated that the review was misleading. Highly doubt these berry were picked today. Photos don’t do the berries justice. We live in Huntly and won’t be driving all that way for no doubt more poor quality berries. Not looking for a refund or credit, just leaving a review for other buyers to be aware of - hence Google Reviews…
