Hello to all Iv now owned my Snowy River SRC21S from Vanari caravans in Ruakaka.

Don't like to write this but after sales team needs to improve. Far to often I'm fobbed off with comments like "user error, or it's a warranty issue deal with Australia"

I didn't buy the caravan in Australia, I bought it through the sales director Mike. Who to be far was very accommodating and respectful.

But unfortunately a few items like all the orange side lights have cracked due to the screws being installed to tight. The jockey wheel leg didn't stand up the the expected strength, and became distorted. I had to purchase a industrial design one,so this never happens again.

The glued on solar panels on the roof lining have started to peel off !, solid solar panels should have been installed.

Note iv installed two horizontal reflector stripes on the mesh screen door, my German shepherd couldn't see it and walked into the mesh, hence the reflective strips , Good idea for those who own a dog that bigger than the handbag dog. Another plus Idea is the soft storage box's,to stop bathroom items moving...

Be very careful before committing to a purchase from this company. For genuine personal reasons I had to cancel the purchase of a caravan. The quote/order was on hold, so there was no financial loss/commitment for Vanari Caravans to their supplier (Regent Caravans). We had circa one hour of their time at the NZMCA show at Mystery Creek. Vanari Caravans have kept the $1,500 deposit claiming it is to cover their time. Given the circumstances that attitude is very unreasonable. I repeat be very careful when dealing with...

The effort to travel to Ruakaka from Christchurch was well worth it. Traded in my caravan for a Snowy River. The team at Vanari Caravans are exceptional. Mike, Luke and Cushla make a force to be reckon with. Having experienced both Snowy River/Regent agents in NZ, I can say that honestly you are not going to regret buying your Caravan from Vanari Caravans.
