We were the former owners of country meat processors and we have just had a beast processed through them. We are very very disappointed with them. Reasons why we had a prime heifer processed weighing 255kg dressed we got back 119kg of meat, that is a LOSS of 53.4% . Usually you could expect to lose up to 40%. Secondly we added our ribs into extra sausages and ended up with a total of 23.5kg this should have been around 34kg so were has our meat gone.
