The Range Warkworth — Local services in Rodney

I finally popped in as you appeared a while back. At 1200 28th of December 2021...few hours back.... I wish I could give you 3 stars or more... It's actually a hazard when you don't sweep your range and led pellets are present at range on floor. Another hazard is when I ask if there is safety on gun or I have to press anything prior to shooting your reply is of course there is just stop playing with the gun and touching things... and shoot. As my glasses get foggy due to mask to see if I need to press safety prior to air rifle releasing a pellet as I press trigger you simply tell me to just put my glasses on and just to stop playing with things on rifle... You didn't run me over on how rifle actually works....or even consideration of safely operating it. I m from Ukraine, I know how to make dam weapons... and literally this was a disregard not only for my and others safety, but your business.

We stopped in on our way home after enjoying a weekend getaway. We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. As first time visitors our experience was far from great. I’d hate to think she was being prejudiced based on our skin colour - and even if it was not intentional, it sure felt like this. Please keep driving when you pass by here.. it’s not worth the grief (and money) to have this type of service. Disappointing for our children who were super excited and happy to have fun! I would have given less if I could . An old man at the reception was extremely rude . I and my friend went to the bay and while coming back we decided to check this place out. There was no smile as such. No greeting . You don’t feel welcome and certainly I felt like I was treated different coz we were not KIWI enough. You could sense the hate. That old man had to understand that he needs to learn how to treat client properly. Else there will not be much of a business left to deal. DONT GO TO THE PLACE . YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME .
