For some reason I did not realize you would be walking through knee-waist deep water the entire way, about 30-40min. I thought there would be more dry parts to stand on but not at all, and the water level did not seem to be especially high. Completed with my partner wearing headlamps, bathing suits, and shoes (partner had sandals and I had tightly laced boat shoes on). Definitely would not have made it through barefoot, my feet and legs were very cold but they were fine.
At times the current can be quite strong and you are basically climbing/walking through small waterfalls. It's also narrow enough that it's often hard for two people to be side by side.

Hopefully I bring my waterproof bag with a towel and more clothes to change inside the cave (when you are around the rockfall).
I thought it was more about climbing, walking with water around your knees but no you are into...

I did it with swimming pants, a rash suit and sandals which was perfectly possible. Although I would recommend some form of water shoes because the rocks are really uneven. The cold didn't really bother us inside the cave. An...
